Welcome Message
We are pleased to invite you to the International Symposium on Spintronics with Antiferromagnets and Altermagnets to be held in Hakone, Japan, from October 6-10, 2025. This symposium will serve as a dynamic platform to exchange the latest developments and future outlooks in the fast-growing fields of spintronic applications driven by antiferromagnetic and altermagnetic materials.
The symposium program will explore the exciting convergence of fundamental quantum material research and the development of next-generation spin-based electronics. Keynote and invited talks will highlight both the basic science—such as the design, discovery, and theoretical understanding of antiferromagnets and altermagnets— and their crucial role of antiferromagnets and altermagnets in driving innovative and high-performance technologies for data processing and storage. Hakone, renowned for its natural beauty, breathtaking views of Mount Fuji and hot springs, provides a perfect setting for this intellectual gathering, which will involve both leading experts and early-career researchers.
We are working hard to organize a remarkable event and we look forward to your participation. Your contribution and insights will be invaluable for fostering collaboration and advancing the new frontiers of spintronics research.
Sincerely,
The Organizing Committee
