We were pleased to host Prof. N. Peter Armitage from the Institute for Quantum Matter and the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Johns Hopkins University for a colloquium in the Department of Physics.
Prof. Armitage presented on the topic "Energy relaxation and dynamics in strongly correlated materials," discussing his experimental work using the latest spectroscopy techniques to elucidate energy relaxation in various materials, including magnetic materials, superconductors, and Dirac semimetals.
